Intern Spotlight: Kyle Cardoza

Kyle joins us for the summer between his junior and senior year at Mass College of Art, where he is studying film and video. As a kid in Connecticut, he loved watching classic Powderhouse shows like “Extreme Engineering” and “Build it Bigger.” These shows were especially appealing to Kyle, since his father is a mechanical engineer.

At Powderhouse, Kyle is sharpening his editing skills, working with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere. Ultimately, he would like to produce and edit his own films on topics such as sports, engineering, and the artistic process.

When he’s not hard at work, Kyle enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends to “bring him back to Earth.”
